Winbos Terms and Conditions — A Complete Guide to Using the Malaysia Platform

Welcome to Winbos. By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by the Winbos platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Member" or "User") and Winbos (hereinafter referred to as "Platform" or "We"). These terms apply to all services offered through the winbos.pro website and the Winbos mobile app for iOS and Android.

To register and use the Winbos platform, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

Winbos reserves the right to conduct background checks and identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Members who fail to meet KYC requirements may face temporary or permanent restrictions on their account.

Every Winbos member is fully responsible for their account. This includes keeping your password confidential, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring all activity conducted through your account is legitimate and compliant with these terms.

• You are responsible for all transactions made through your account, including all wagers and fund transfers.
• Your account password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, report it to the Winbos support team immediately.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or used by anyone other than the registered owner.
• Winbos reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account if suspicious activity is detected while an investigation is conducted.

For added security, Winbos offers two-factor authentication (2FA), which we strongly encourage all members to enable. This feature provides an extra layer of protection that helps prevent unauthorized access even if your password is compromised.

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 per request.
• All withdrawals are processed within 30 seconds of approval and will be credited to your registered bank account or digital wallet.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit or to an account verified through KYC.

• The outcome of all games is final and not subject to dispute except in cases of proven technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Winbos reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to your account.

• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

Equally, as a member, you have the right to close your account at any time by contacting the Winbos support team. Any valid balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you in full once all reviews are complete, unless there are outstanding debts or unresolved issues.

Members who wish to stop playing for responsible gambling reasons may apply for self-exclusion, which will block access to the Winbos platform for a chosen period.

Winbos is not liable for any direct or indirect losses that may arise from the use of our platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from game outcomes.

• Winbos does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible.
• Winbos is not liable for any losses caused by internet connection failures or user device issues.
• In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect payout, Winbos reserves the right to correct the mistake.

Winbos reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect.
